We changed our mind on our initial purchase and caused some financing issues but they were very understanding through the proc and extremely helpful. The dealership was clean and in a great location but my complaints were they didnt fill the tank with fuel, no maintenance was done before the sale, oil was not changed and air filter was very dirty and the truck was not detailed very well. I had seen these issues before we finalized and should have said something and I will chalk it up to my fault. We received a fair deal considering it was a Ford buy back and like the vehicle so far.
