Buying a car has never been fun, until this experience. In my past experiences buying vehicles, it was never pleasant. The sales person was always hovering around you, trying to tell you what options you ne In my past experiences buying vehicles, it was never pleasant. The sales person was always hovering around you, trying to tell you what options you need and want. Treating you like you haven't been researching a vehicle for the past month or more (because who goes to buy a car without researching). Then when it comes time to talk money and purchase the vehicle, they try to push extended warranties and everything else imaginable. When your done, you realize you have wasted the whole day, and the new vehicle you drive off the lot doesn't make you smile from ear to ear because you are worn out physically and mentally from all the malarkey you just endured. This was not the case at Dennis Sneed Ford. It was the complete opposite. Rich Sousa was my sales consultant, and he understood that I new what the car had to have equipped and what I could live without. He never pressured, gave me my space when looking over the inventory and was always promptly there when I did need questions answered. Financing was straight forward and there was no pressure when it came time to talk about extended warranties etc....The whole experience was a breath of fresh air, and for the first time ever, I drove a new vehicle off the lot with the biggest smile and was so very happy. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Give them a chance to so you can drive a new vehicle home with a huge smile! You won't regret it! More
