I brought my 2017 F 150 to Dennis Sneed to find out what it would take to buff out what the original dealer could not do also get a quote on an oil change but out of surprise Rich took one look at my truck it would take to buff out what the original dealer could not do also get a quote on an oil change but out of surprise Rich took one look at my truck grab some paint and touched it up and wiped it down I was impressed. The service department lady told me some information I had no idea which was awesome to know more about my truck. Everybody there did an impressive job! I plan on using Dennis Sneed in the future. I worked with Rich at Sneed Ford. He knew exactly the Mustang I wanted. I was VERY picky as to what features it had and the color. He knew I wasn’t going to settle and didn’t send me a bunch of links to Mustang I wanted. I was VERY picky as to what features it had and the color. Also the car I looked at and test drove had a sticker on the rear from another dealership, when I decided I would like to purchase the vehicle I completed paperwork, I got home that night and looked to find the sales man had used a razor blade that I seen him carry out to the car earlier and scratched the other dealerships sticker off leaving a horrible scratched area. Needless to say I will never buy from Dennis Sneed ford again and would not suggest anyone to do the same More

When first arriving at the dealership I was very impressed with the cleanliness and their extremely friendly staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Unfortunately, since Jeep is not a vehicle they specialize in, it is no surprise that I had complications upon leaving the dealership. The Jeep was not fully inspected before selling it so I ended up driving 5 hours back home without a headlight. However, everyone at Sneed Ford felt horrible about what happened and they wanted to make things right. As inconvenient as it was to take my Jeep to get serviced only days after driving it home, I am very appreciative that everyone worked with me and reimbursed me for the headlight. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who lives in the area. The prices were reasonable and the dealership itself was a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who lives out of state unless you are prepared to do an extensive 20 minute inspection to make sure everything works. More

Dealership was amazing. I was in love with the mustang that I had picked out but the numbers weren't where I wanted to be and they worked with me on the pricing so I had left and if it wasn't for Hanna in that I had picked out but the numbers weren't where I wanted to be and they worked with me on the pricing so I had left and if it wasn't for Hanna in sales I wouldn't have came back. She talked to me and the finance department and they gave me an offer that I couldn't refuse and will be very happy with while I own this car! Hanna was very down to earth and a smooth talker!
