A customer service oriented dealership I brought a vehicle in for service and ended up trading it on a used vehicle. The Service Dept was great. They diagnosed the problem, and informed me the necessary was covered under a Ford warranty, which resulted in the repair not costing me anything out of pocket. I found a vehicle in their used car inventory that interested me. I experienced a little difficulty in getting a sales person to assist me, but located Dave who quickly responded to assist me with checking the vehicle. Dave answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive the vehicle, and did not pressure me about my interest in the vehicle. I responded back to the dealership the next day with my spouse. Dave again allowed us to test drive the vehicle, and answered all my wife's questions. The staff made the purchase easy and comfortable. This is our second vehicle purchase from Sneed Ford. More

Sneed Ford get 4 out of five stars. Clean and professional dealership with a lot of great inventory. Austin in finance was also easy to get along with and not pushy with warranties. My only negative points was buying a 34k vehicle and not a full tank of gas to leave the dealership. More
