Complete trash My car sat at the dealer for over a week I called multiple times and told it was at different stages in the process for work to be done I was told it My car sat at the dealer for over a week I called multiple times and told it was at different stages in the process for work to be done I was told it was under warranty then 3 days later I was told they hadn’t even checked with ford yet so I drove the loaner car down to figure out what was going on and when I got there they took the loaner said it wasn’t under warranty and that they’d do the work for 3 grand or I could limp my car home. I limped it home and they tried to get me to pay the tow bill. After it all they still didn’t even diagnose the problem right and now I’m still trying to fix it myself overall would never recommend taking a vehicle there ever had the car for 2 weeks and now it’s been down for 2 weeks highly disappointed and nothing was done to even attempt to fix the problem More
