Terrible place to do business!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! 1st. They will sell you a car that Ford has been forced to buy back from the original owner due to a defect th ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! 1st. They will sell you a car that Ford has been forced to buy back from the original owner due to a defect that could not be resolved after 3 attempts. 2nd. After they convince you the car has been repaired, provide you with a 12month "bumper to bumper" warranty and it breaks down, their "service shop" will advise a 3-4 week wait just to get in for service (forcing you to find another shop)! 3rd. They will advise going to Gary Crossley Ford in Liberty Mo. as they are the "RAV" (reaquired vehicle) "Ford master repair facility". THEY DO NOT WISH TO SERVICE THESE "LEMONS" at Dennis Sneed Ford! 4th. My newly acquired 2013 Ford Fusion that was purchased July 23rd has now spent 6 WEEKS in the shop, 1 week at Blue Springs Ford, and as of yesterday 5 WEEKS at Gary Crossley Ford. So out of 8 weeks of ownership my "new" car has been in the shop for 6 weeks! 5th. This is your biggest reason to not buy a car here.. They absolutely do will NOT under any circumstances provide a loaner car while your vehicle is being serviced! They have your money and could not care less about your transportation needs! 6th. They will tell you if your newly purchased "Lemon" cannot be repaired Ford will gladly buy it back from you. This is a lie because used vehicles apparently do not qualify under "LEMON LAW" guidelines! So here I am still no car to drive, No money to buy another car, and no remorse from Dennis Sneed, or Gary Crossley. So if anyone wants to give me a ride to work give me a call. More

Great salesman experience; contacted the dealership days before deciding to drive 4-hours to purchase the vehicle. Salesman contacted us after our initial contact but was not pushy. Upon arriving at the dealership we actually ran into the owner in the parking lot and had a friendly chat with him as well. Yes, the dealership itself is undergoing construction, but I'll take quality, friendly service over anything when purchasing a vehicle. Wish I lived closer to their dealership, I would definitely purchase from them again! More
