Due to the unique technical differences in a PHEV engine, I was hesitant to keep that model. With their commitment to customer service, Chris Garner (sales), Scott Selby (Finance), and Jay (Mgmt), got us into a mild hybrid version of the same model. They even had it transported from another dealership to make sure I got the color and trim level I wanted (and got us into a loaner in the meantime). I do believe the technical difficulty in the PHEV was a fluke, but it shook my own confidence in handling a more complex model. I absolutely LOVE my new Inline 6 Turbo. We primarily worked with Chris and Scott and both gentleman were extremely patient with us and maintained open communication with us during the whole process. Even with the hiccup of the original vehicle, I'd have to say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Everyone was friendly and someone would always ask if we needed assistance, but not "pushy". We would definitely recommend Denton Mazda and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks guys! More
