I told him what my perimeters were, did my research and pretty much knew when I decided to make my purchase what I was getting into. Over the course of five months it took me to decide to actually buy a car, he let me know the specials via email & voicemails. Jeannie Selby also deserves kudos, I appreciate her determination and kindness, plus she kept me from starving by giving me a protein bar while I was waiting for everything to be processed. Don Carter was also very helpful with the finance aspect of buying the car. He showed me the various options and allowed me to make the decision on what options I felt best suited my needs and reminded me more than once "it's zero percent interest".
