I was told you were short to service staff as an explanation for why I waited about an hour after arriving to get to talk to a service rep. Everyone had to wait a long time to see a service rep. This is the main reason I would not recommend your dealership for service. It might have just been a bad day but it is my first experience with you guys and it was a little disappointing.
I used to get my Chrysler Town and Country serviced across he street. When I called to see what was the best time to bring in my car for service I asked if you guys had access to my service records from across the street. I was told no, you could not access their computer records. I called Chrysler Corp and talked to a customer service person. She not only said your organization can access my service records on-line, she logged onto my account and told me my recent service history. When I brought my car in, I told the service rep that Chrysler told me that he could access my records on-line and if he did not know how he should call the corporate person I talked to. He said he could not access my records and he did not have time to even try. I was disappointed that your service rep did not know my service history to make sure I was getting done what needed getting done and I was not spending money on things that I did not need. I did have most of the paperwork from my service and your guy did look at that. However, I was a little disappointed that your guys were a little low tech and were not able to take a minute to figure out how to read my on-line history. One more thing, when I asked to talk to a manager for help on this issue, I was told that the manager was on vacation for two weeks. The answer I was expecting to hear was that he would get the assistant manager for me.
One other disappointment was I asked for a copy of the checklist of the total inspection I was told my car would get. I was told there is no checklist to give me. That is a first for me!!!!
