Bought my second Vehicle from this dealership back August of 2022, I noticed vehicle was having some issues so I was determined to take it back to have them look at it. All i got was the run around from the sales department and the salesperson who I bought the vehicle from (Kahn). I finally took the car into service, I was advised it was going to be a 2-3 day turn around! It took 2 weeks and 2 days to get an answer, even then they did nothing to my car and told me to take it to Chevrolet dealer. Stay away from this dealership they lie, give customers the run around just want to take your money!!! More
The list price of the car is $21,290 here. When i called them to make an offer, the starting price they gave me was $24,387 before taxes/fees/reg. Fraudulent advertising. I bought a door pillar molding for my 2021 RAM1500 that flew off while I was driving and set an appointment with them to replace it, as well sun-visor paperclip that broke on a 1 year truck they told me earliest appointment would be in 2 weeks, which i agreed to and left the part with them with the note that they have the part, dropped the car in 2 weeks, they told me it should be ready by evening at around 4 PM I was calling them for an update - no one would answer; came myself to the dealership to hear that they do not have the part - i specifically mentioned twice when doing the appointment and dropping the car you got the part please make sure you install it; It got escalated to the manager that found the part, and assured me that both parts the sun visor and the door pillar molding will be installed next day by noon; Came next day guess what- they did not find an issue on the paper clip on the sun visor - i showed the Service Advisor twice already including the day before, that the paper clips are broken - he had to take the car back to the mechanics and show it himself for the 3rd time to the mechanics so they can realize it is broken and needs replacement; And the big surprise the molding that is installed is old and has scuffs and dents - not a new part anymore - the car is all dirty and dripping goof off, no one bothered to take the adhesive from the window and properly clean it; Again had to escalate to the manager - he advised he will fix all that and call back, guess what 3 weeks and counting no one calls back. Worst experience! More
The most amazing super easy going dealership my family and I have ever experienced! HIGHLY Recommend! Justice and Rick really made everything possible for my brother to purchase his dream car!! No fuel card provided as per your website after purchase. ( complaint with AG and FCA) false advertising. Told by financing (willie) plates where covered and would be mailed to me and any overage would be refunded. (False) LoJack not installed but charged for it…. Refund to Chrysler since it was financed. Within 10-14 days to cut a check (Michelle). Today is day 23 and it has not been paid. (Complaint with AG and FCA) Went to get plates check for $39xx.Xx provided when it should be $56xx.xx Paper work incorrectly. Can’t plate truck. Can’t send refund until lien holder is added???? In what world does that matter there is a signed contract. Now your blaming weld clerk and recorder for the documents being incorrect??? (Complaint with AG and FCA) More

Service Dept & Mgrs are a joke. I bought 2021 Ram 2500, service Techs caused damages to my new vehicle, Mgr's never fixed any damages they caused. I brought the truck back into the service dept, the tech that had worked on the truck did not cover the seats or floorboards. There were black greasy hand marks all over the leather upholstery and the floormats had black marks scrapped into floormats and along the edges, I tried to clean them with degreaser and other cleaning products but would not come out, I bought new floormats. There were also blue pen marks in the leather door panels and front passenger seat along with a small tear in the passenger seat, there was also blue pen marks in the passenger door and 2 pen holes embedded in the door. I took several pictures and called the customer service rep for dealership and informed Heather Driscoll, she asked for a copy of the pictures and then informed me she would also use them for training but that she would make sure my issue was resolved. None of my issues were ever resolved. More
