I have been doing business with DeSoto Auto Mall since 2012 and they have yet to disappoint! Marci was wonderful and made the process of purchasing a vehicle quite easy. I really liked Gage and all were very nice. Vicky could have explained things better. She never explained anything about the insurance at all. Yes I should have read it better but if it wasn’t Vicky could have explained things better. She never explained anything about the insurance at all. Yes I should have read it better but if it wasn’t for the lady at Sun Coast I wouldn’t have known that there was over 5000 dollars of insurance that I really didn’t need. She should have explained everything better. She seemed upset because I had her take it off. Maybe she’s not as good as her NJ bosses thinks she is.
