I had a wonderful purchase experience at Desoto Ford when purchasing my 2024 Mustang Dark Horse. Tony Galdo, my salesman, was wonderful from start to finish and he made my purchase experience convenient, str purchasing my 2024 Mustang Dark Horse. Tony Galdo, my salesman, was wonderful from start to finish and he made my purchase experience convenient, stress-free, and enjoyable. I live 2 hours away from Desoto Ford and was nervous because I had to purchase the vehicle without seeing it in person, but Tony was amazing and took multiple quality pictures and sent them to me, he went over the vehicle and verified it was free of any damages and imperfections, and he even drove the car to my house and personally delivered it to me because I was unable to make the 2 hour trip to the dealership. Tony was also going out of town that evening and had to catch a flight to see his family, and he spent 4 hours total driving my new Mustang Dark Horse to me and then driving my trade vehicle back to the dealership. He also spent over an hour with me at my house, giving me the paperwork, changing my license plate, going over the vehicle and making sure I was happy. He spent a total of over 5 hours of his day to deliver the car to me, answer all of my questions and make sure I was happy, all while having to catch a flight out of town the same evening, not to mention multiple phone calls before agreeing to the deal. Tony treated me like a great friend or family, and he genuinely cared. Tony has also followed up with me after he got back in town to make sure I was happy after the purchase and to let me know he is always there for me to help me in any way and answer any questions I have. Tony went above and beyond and provided me with exceptional customer service and a wonderful purchase experience, one of the very best I’ve ever had. I never did see the dealership because Tony delivered the Mustang Dark Horse to my home, but other phone interactions at the dealership with other employees such as management were pleasant as well. Doug Poe in Finance also took good care of me and answered all of my questions and did all of my paperwork electronically as this was a remote purchase with delivery. I would highly recommend Desoto Ford to friends and family, and would absolutely recommend doing yourself a favor and ask for Tony Galdo to be your salesman! More
