When I arrived not long before they closed, Vicki in finance stayed 1 1/2 hours past closing while Anthony personally detailed my car so that I could take it home that night. The transaction was smooth and significantly quicker than previous experiences we’ve had in large cities. The AWESOME Service: When we purchased the vehicle, we had come to an agreement with the Sales and Service Managers to perform some minor maintenance / repairs at cost the next time we brought the vehicle in for service. Since the purchase date, the ownership/leadership has changed and to my surprise, they had everything documented and they proactively honored the agreement! Beyond that, Abby Depedro is the most knowledgeable, level headed, competent and welcoming Service Writer I’ve ever met. Being small business owners, we know how difficult it is to find, groom and retain such employees. We can’t forget to mention the Mech’s; Great job! Was given a price on a 2023 Bronco by email of 64425. MSRP was 66425. Then next day when tried to complete the sale, the sales manager Patrick Lehmann-said the price would now be the market value price MSRP was 66425. Then next day when tried to complete the sale, the sales manager Patrick Lehmann-said the price would now be the market value price of 76580, increasing over MSRP of over $10,000!! Their website lists the price of $66425. And they call it upfront pricing!! Used their tradein calculator which gave me an average value of 43,000 on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler, but the sales manager, Patrick Lehmann offered my 34,000 on the trade. What a waste of time dealing with them. There is no small town value at this dealership. More

I was approached by four lovely gentleman at De Soto Ford dealership in Arcadia. Explaining my issue within minutes I was introduced to Tony. Tony gave me over an hour of his personal time on how to run my vehicle and all the amenities that it comes with.
