I was at Destination Kia to purchase my lease outright. Jarred Knotts was my lease/ salesperson . He was great and very, very professional. Signed up on line for oil/filer, tire rotation. Was told it is now $89 when I checked in. Not happy about the unannounced price increase. Also wanted to have an engine diagnostic done as there has been an intermittent lack of acceleration. Was told I have to leave it for the day and if I needed a car I had to rent one. Warranties no longer honored? More
