I really hate them. I got a voucher for free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle... Well the second I walked in the door, the lady says "you don't get the free oil c I got a voucher for free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle... Well the second I walked in the door, the lady says "you don't get the free oil change unless you get the recommended maintenance". So I say "ok sure, what does that entail" she looks at her tablet and says "well.... There is no 20,000 mile recommended maintenance, so we're going to do the 15,000 recommended maintenance". I asked "didn't I do that last time I was here? When I was at 15k miles?" She says "no... Last time you were here, we sold you the 30,000 mile recommended maintenance package"........... Are you getting a sense of why I hate them? Unnecessary service just to line their pockets with my money. More

It’s a CAR dealership and they tend to employ a certain type of desperate salesperson. I find most dealerships annoying and full of traps. This place is right on par. I love the car, too bad I have to go t type of desperate salesperson. I find most dealerships annoying and full of traps. This place is right on par. I love the car, too bad I have to go through this fake we really care about the customer BS. I always can’t wait to hightail it out of there. You will notice a lot of customers there in different stages of waiting for something. It’s a pathetic place to spend 2 hours. More
