Tom Ryan was my initial contact in beginning the leasing process with Kia for the first time. I came to him first because he was a friend and wanted advice on how to approach my lease end with Toyota. He gu process with Kia for the first time. He guided me through that process and what I had as equity, etc. Toyota came back to me with a very unfair offer and I was then looking elsewhere for a new vehicle. That ended up being Kia because of Tom. I was hooked in with Mike Donadio and Sean did the appraisal of my Tacoma. I was able to get the equity I thought was fair and in using some of that equity I was able to get my monthly payment to where I wanted. I was able to get the Sportage I was looking for - and more - at a reasonable deal. The waiting time was very much on track since it was in a shipment due just after the new year as Tom and the staff promised. Picking up the vehicle went very smoothly as well. I will highly recommend Destination Kia to my friends and family that are looking for a quality vehicle and experience.
