I came in for my first K5 oil change and tire rotation on 1/5. I hit a cardboard box that was in the road on my ride down and heard a lot of thumping so I asked Lucas Lapins to include it to check. I confirm 1/5. I hit a cardboard box that was in the road on my ride down and heard a lot of thumping so I asked Lucas Lapins to include it to check. I confirmed at check out that it had been checked. After leaving the thumping continued. I stopped at Macy’s and looked under the car and the weather shield was shredded and hanging down. This was not brought to my attention. I had to drive back to the dealership to get a quote and Lucus at that point said oh yeah we saw that but there wasn’t any damage. I didn’t appreciate having to come back down and address this after asking for attention in this matter. The oil change alone took 2:30 min. More
