The guy that helped me was great. Very nice, and I like the dealership. This is the first service I’ve gone to them for and it wasnt great. They told me it’d be about a 90 minute wait, which is fine. It then took an extra 40 minutes for idk what reason. My invoice shows that I generally didn’t get the right service, when I requested the one specific to my vehicle, so I don’t even know what was really done. I get being short staffed if that’ll make things take longer, but you could just say that. Instead I get told unrealistic expectations and my service isn’t even completed. Bought one of, if not, the most expensive car that they could sell me…just to get serviced like I’m at a buy here pay here lot. Hopefully next time is better because it’s a nice place with a lot of nice people. More
