Service center did not even attempt to diagnose my speaker issue. I later took it to another dealer who identified the issue and fixed it. Also - I was told my oil change would be around $50. I was th speaker issue. I later took it to another dealer who identified the issue and fixed it. Also - I was told my oil change would be around $50. I was then charged $100 dollars “because my car takes full synthetic.” The person quoted me the price when looking at my car and knew it was synthetic oil. $100 is absurd anyway. He lowered it to $65 and I accepted the price because I didn’t feel like arguing. Overall, it was a terrible experience. More

Lucas was friendly and efficient. The wait was about two hours longer than the estimated time but I had plenty of reading with me. Lucas didn't see the cashier around so he did that too and even walked me hours longer than the estimated time but I had plenty of reading with me.
