Made an appointment for 10am for just a oil change that does not take long to do and they held my car for 3 hours while I was waiting, and kept telling me it would be done soon and it wasn’t, then had the does not take long to do and they held my car for 3 hours while I was waiting, and kept telling me it would be done soon and it wasn’t, then had the nerve to tell me they thought they had my car for the day when I never said that and I was waiting for my car? Sales rep Matthias made the whole process easy, Test drove the K5 and loved the pep getting on the highway, never thought I’d buy a Kia but I came back the next day with my wife and she drove it we both drove the K5 and loved the pep getting on the highway, never thought I’d buy a Kia but I came back the next day with my wife and she drove it we both loved the car, me the way it handled and she the interior with all the latest techie stuff, we got excellent service from Matthais and he got us to where we wanted to be, picked it up next morning so far all is well More
