My Sorento's engine stopped working and the vehicle was taken to Destination Kia, they performed a "diagnostic", the engine has bad compression and then they stopped looking any further into it and just sa taken to Destination Kia, they performed a "diagnostic", the engine has bad compression and then they stopped looking any further into it and just said that we need a new engine and that our VIN didn't apply for Kia engine warranty. Called a different Kia dealership after a month of no contact from Destination Kia and already have a warranty number and a path forward for the car. Recommend avoiding Destination Kia if possible, scummy and shady practices from their team there. Additionally they are still charging us for telling us what we knew already and not why it happened. Destination used to be my favorite dealership but no more. I made an appointment to purchase a new car. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told by my sales consultant that I had two customers ahead of m more. I made an appointment to purchase a new car. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told by my sales consultant that I had two customers ahead of me that were walk in's and I would have to wait. The sales person showed me the vehicle I was interested in and told me he would call me with the numbers. I asked about the price and he told me that it would be full sticker price. He said that was a deal as they were selling there cars for over sticker. I waited for his call that never came. I went to another dealer and purchased my new car. It seems that Destination Kia no longer has need for loyal customers. Good luck if you go there. Bill R. More
