Treated very well by the salesman, Mathias. By the end of the process, we felt comfortable with him as if he was family. Courteous staff, although very busy. Tried to make an appointment to have my repair done after ordered part arrived, and never received phone call back .... but eventually was able to make appointment. Wouldn’t honor oil change that was 3 months past use. Would think with covid they would have honored it. Also had appointment for recall that was supposed to take 15 minutes.
