I would give it no stars if possible. Never called back, could not talk with anyone, could not get updates, no loaner car etc. Had to get NYS involved to get action. Ridiculous you would charge $145 to look over a car we have had for 1 year that is fully under warranty. Device people were very courteous, and professional.
