Had to go back 3 times just for an appointment. 1st time I was never told they had shuttle service or I could have had my car done that day. 2nd time they found the problem and had to order it. Had to make a 3rd appointment at the tune of $800. Got the shuttle home. Got a call car was done. No way to get back. Shuttle never came to get me and service guy had no idea when he'd come. There is no communication. Now I have to find a ride to go get my car. And I WAS thinking of trading in. NOT WITH THEM! They lost my business. More
