If you want good customer service, good communication, and want the job done right you should take you vehicle somewhere else. The work is sloppy and the communication is almost nonexistent. I left 6-8 voicemails (and messages with multiple people) and received one follow up. I left a message asking for the service manage to call me and he never did. I sent three text messages through the iService and receive one reply that wasn’t a status update. My calipers have needed replacement twice now over the course of less than three months. The multi point inspection is a joke. I have yet to see a single video inspection that claim they will send. My car leaves with a new problem every time. More
