I have no issues with the dealership (the sales side), but the service center is not okay. I scheduled a basic oil change, and when I got there, they told me I needed an entire package of other things. My but the service center is not okay. I scheduled a basic oil change, and when I got there, they told me I needed an entire package of other things. My car is brand new. I only have a 3 year lease. I said I didn’t want those other things done. The man I spoke to basically said it wasn’t an option and I was charged $207 for what I thought was just going to be an oil change. I will not be getting my vehicle serviced there again. More
