Last experience was great. This one much less than. Had to drop off because of the recall. Was on a time crunch picking up after work. Called to pay so I could just pick up. Alicia couldn’t take payment, k to drop off because of the recall. Was on a time crunch picking up after work. Called to pay so I could just pick up. Alicia couldn’t take payment, kept trying to transfer and disconnected me 6 times, keeping me calling back. Over 15 minutes just trying to pay. Cashier answered main line after pushing 0 and assured me she’d have my keys for an easy pick up. Walk in she makes me go to service to get. Have to wait in line then service rep who knew I was in a rush had audacity to ask me to review survey with him. More

The service center seems to be lacking these days. I came in for a recall and the attendant mentions that I’m almost at 30,000 miles, which is fine but to try and sell it after I told him I was only in for t in for a recall and the attendant mentions that I’m almost at 30,000 miles, which is fine but to try and sell it after I told him I was only in for the recall. I was just there for a NYSI not really any repair work or service. Although I have been in before for service work. They confirmed my appointment and notified me when work was completed. We had a great experience! We came in with 1 leased vehicle to return and 1 older vehicle. They turned everything around for us and sent us home in a nicer,much newer vehicle!!
