Dave has always been friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. He makes you feel like he really cares and is open and honest. I had an engine problem and almost junked my car. Turns out there was a recall on the engine and all of the repairs were covered by the recall! Dave said "Always bring your car to the dealer for repairs" which ended up being the best advice I ever received. I am a very happy customer and will continue to do business with Destination Kia. I am extremely satisfied with the sales department as well as the service department. Dave made it a very positive experience. More

They took care of the problem but I had to wait 45 minutes for transport to work without informing me telling me it would be while before they could transport me. Then acted like I was bothering them minutes for transport to work without informing me telling me it would be while before they could transport me. Then acted like I was bothering them when I asked where the transport was after a half hour waiting when I was told he would be there soon to transport me to work. Never received a call that car was ready but had to go up there with last trip of transport at 3pm. Car was ready and was helped when I got there. More

The service and service writer was excellent. He explained everything that what was going to happen professionally and perfectly. He told me how long it was going to be of the estimated time and it explained everything that what was going to happen professionally and perfectly.
