Juan proactively stayed in contact the whole time from order to delivery, even if just to check in and say "No real update today, but I wanted to let you know everything's still going to plan." Juan was always patient, especially when answering all of my (sometimes repeated) questions. The day of pickup was absolutely zero pressure, and as smooth as the previous steps.
