I e-mailed Justin after I was getting no response from a service advisor. Within 15 minutes he called me. He had already addressed the issue with the service department. He apologized for the lack of commun service advisor. Within 15 minutes he called me. He had already addressed the issue with the service department. He apologized for the lack of communication from service. He asked Marshall a service advisor to handle my case. That's how customer service is supposed to work. I was debating whether to lease from the Destination group again, because of how Justin handled my situation I will be leasing from them again in February. More

Car was in shop for two weeks with no word from anyone so I figured I’d call and see what’s going on. After three calls and leaving messages I call 5 minutes to close and I get Dani on the phone. She seemed taken aback that no one had reached out to me to discuss what was going on with my car (mind you I had been in one of their rental cars for this timeframe) .. Dani looked into it and said she was going to give me a call back .. day after day I wait and finally ended up having to call her and demand wanting my car back and I will pay the diagnostic fee .. went there that day after 5 hours of letting them have that time to get my car ready when she said I can come after work & guess what I don’t get my car.. after wasting 30 mins she couldn’t even pull up the car cause she was not sure if the spark plugs were put back in or not. Ended up informing her if she can please figure out what wrong with my car and give me a call back with an estimate and I will make a decision and then she told me when I had asked about the rental car situation with paying that they would eat the charges cause of the miscommunication on their end.. after waiting days and days again and me leaving a voicemail right when they opened I receive a text of an estimate & I simply declined it all and went on my way to get my car that day.. oh & hours after leaving destination Kia of getting my car they send me a statement for the rental.. mind you I had the rental extra days because Dani promised me my car back and ended up having it for an extra 5 days !! This place is a joke and no one is even contacting me back to discuss the situation .. the fact I even have to go back to deal with my lease car that I am in is honestly already giving me a anxiety attack because no one knows how to communicate within the dealership!! More
