Worked with him over the last couple of years on our recently turned-in Optima and he too went above and beyond to make sure everything was explained well, never pressured to do anything unnecessarily, and made sure that the vehicle was taken care of just as if it was his own. Scheduled for service for 52,500 mile check of my car. Would be helpful to see the estimated labor costs associated with services. Also did not get a text when I checked in with a contact number for the service department like I believe I have in the past (or like I have received at Destination Nissan). Received a tire alignment and two days later was alerted by my vehicle that my tire pressure was low as I was driving down the Thruway, so I wish my tire pressure had been checked and corrected on my visit as well.
