Jake was excellent! The staff is incredible! I started with making my appt with Lynn. She was very helpful and understanding of my busy schedule. She was kind and efficient with getting my car in quickly. Upon arrival to Destination Kia, I was greeted and directed where to sit and advised of the approximate time of my appt so I could plan appropriately. The staff was cognizant of my time and even my personal plans for that evening (it happened to be my sons birthday). They completely my car very promptly and in less the time than anticipated. I have experience with multiple service stations with multiple vehicles over the years and this by far was one of the best experiences to date. Job well done Destination Kia! More
