I was greeted as soon as I arrived by Marshall. I needed quite a lot of upgrades on my car. I had done a 45000 mile inspection a few weeks before having to come back for a flat tire. They said my break pads and roters needed to be replaced. Along with other things that should have been checked having to come back for a flat tire. They said my break pads and roters needed to be replaced. Along with other things that should have been checked in the 45000 mile inspection. Because we caught them in a lie they took off 100 off our bill. Never coming back for service again. I went there for 3 years and it turns out they've been robbing me blind sighted since im a woman and have no idea about cars. They need to look over the mechanics work before calling the owner. Someone is slacking off and just marking things green when its way past due. More
