Satisfied with the precautions taken re: Covid 19 . Employees wore face masks and my car keys were returned to me in a separate plastic bag . All good - was normal Oil Change Maintenance appointment with Service I had pre-paid for when I lease the vehicle. Personnel very helpful but I had appt for a recall and when I picked the car up I was told part was not in stock .Unprofessional. Should of called me before I drove to dealership that the recall part was when I picked the car up I was told part was not in stock .Unprofessional.
