Tire rotation filter changes were to be all included. Why would you rotate tires and not align them. It seems to me you would want the tires to be balanced for proper usage and rotation to prevent uneven wear Call me crazy. Just a hidden cost. This review has nothing against Marshall. He was courteous and friendly. I know with COVID it’s important to get the customers in and out. I think better communication needs to be done. Perhaps calling customer before appointment to discuss.
