Whenever I would bring it in for it's service, Dillon always took the time to ask me how I liked the car. So when it came time to turn it in I decided I wished to buy a vehicle again rather than lease, so I went straight to Dillon and within twenty minutes he had me in the seat of the car I wanted. I could buy my Kia at many dealerships....but only one has Dillon! I also must mention that Destination Kia's service dept is top notch! that too had a bit to do with my second purchase there. Great Family Friendly Experience While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old w While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old wanted to venture around the facilities and was throwing a temper tantrum because we wouldn't allow her to. While that was happening our 3 week old was also being very fussy and crying. Without thinking twice, Rich came over to give us a hand. He talked and played with our 15 month old allowing us time to tend to our newborn and get her back to sleep. Afterwards he even gave us expert tips on ways to soothe newborns from his past experiences with his now 19 year old daughter. Rich made us feel welcomed and at ease which we as new parents appreciated very much. Rich wasn't even the service advisor that was working with us which makes this all the more special.
