Only want a sale, customer experience second. Very high pace dealer. Drove 2.5 hrs to purchase car with a 3p meeting time and end up having another sales person do the paperwork. The biggest downfall is dealer prep. It had glue from shipping plastic on front of the car (which I cleaned at home). Then limited explanation of car features. I get home and next day I go through car and a lot of the plastic between 2nd and 3rd row from factory is still on the seats (rubber bands, plastic covering, etc). Also discover, 2nd seat passenger side heat/vent isn’t working and then push button fold doesn’t work either. Sound panel under passenger car had a bolt loose and flapping in the wind. Again this confirms my push you out the lot and thanks for the sale($$) vibe, BYE! More
