Stay clear of Destination Kia Stay clear - go to HUGE instead (I can't believe I'm saying that). Went to pick up the car Sunday and talked to the business manager with all the usu Stay clear - go to HUGE instead (I can't believe I'm saying that). Went to pick up the car Sunday and talked to the business manager with all the usual paper work. He seemed bothered that we wanted an explanation on the sales agreement but he did it anyways.....go forbid. We asked why the rebate was reduced $250 and he explained the financing had to change and no one bothered to want to call me or my wife....another thing that seemed to have put him out....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HIM!! He said we added another $100 to the trade - big deal - so shaft us on another $150. Then we got the keys etc.....worked with the salesperson to go over all the stuff and he taught us as well as us teaching him on the SUV. They were more interested to give away a tv or ipad mini. It would have been better to offer a credit on parts or give us winter floor mats or something/anything to take up this error on their part. I know it's only $150 but its the darn principle of the whole thing. Again - go to HUGE or anywhere but here for a new KIA... More
