Very Good Service I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the spark plugs. While it was going to be there, I arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my service appointment, I was advised that I would have to pay $49.99 for the oil change and tire rotation as the first service is free--at 5,000 miles. I would have thought that since my brand new car already had to be there for a problem, they would have done the "complimentary" service at that time. They did do the service, but not for free. I did have to pay the $49.99 special price. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't do the "complimentary" service since I already had to be there for a problem. Other than that, service was great. More

Of all the dealerships I contacted in my preliminary research they were the most honest, up-front, and easy to deal with. They went out of their way to answer any questions I had via phone, email and in person. I traveled from NYC to Albany to purchase from them due to the ease of communication and an overall positive vibe. I was never pressured, talked down to, or treated with anything but respect. They also seemed knowledgeable and passionate about the cars they were selling. I hadn't purchased a new car in 13 years and being a woman, I really appreciated the "no-BS" atttidude, and felt secure in all transactions. I am now the happy owner of a 2014 kale green Kia Soul + and would recommend this dealership to anyone!!! PS: the drive from upstate back to the city in the new car was a blast! More

This was the BEST car buying experience!! After having problems for months with my current vehicle, on a whim while out running errands, I drove in to JUST look at the Kia Optima. I still had a year to pay off my truck, so really, I was just looking... but all that changed once I stepped on the lot and was greeted by Chris. I shared with him my desires for info about the Optima, which would fit my budget, but after a few questions about my desires, Chris suggested I look at, and test drive the Cadenza (which I'd never heard of). The info he provided and the demonstrations of its features had me hooked, but I kept asking to see the Optima. We then took the Cadenza for a test drive and I knew I'd love to make that car mine! After the drive Chris said, if I can get you in this (Cadenza) for the price of that (Optima), could we have a deal? I immediately replied yes, if you could pay off that (my truck)! After about 30 minutes of paperwork and negotiations, the Cadenza was mine for what I expected to pay for the Optima... and my truck would be paid off!! Thank you Chris for relieving all anxieties of staying in my truck another year, for making this car buying experience one of the BEST and for the excellent service and kindness you showed me and my daughter. I then drove my NEW, fully-loaded 2014 Kia Cadenza home to enjoy! More

The sales staff was efficient, friendly and secured a financial deal within a short period of time. (They even offered water and popcorn!) Wonderful We went to see about trading in my Toyota Corolla S for a leased car with less payment per month. We chose an Optima.
