This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. The entire experience lacked organization, coordination, and general user satisfaction. With the exception of the price itself, it was a disaster. When I picked up the vehicle, the remote starter was removed and here I am 2 weeks later still trying to get a new one put back in. DMV paperwork was not initially filed correctly, and I had to call the dealer to figure things out on my own. Clearly the biggest offense to me was a threatening phone call by the salesman (the third one I was passed along to) after he failed to call within almost two hours of our agreed upon time. This dealership supports the reviews I've heard from others and fulfills its role as a poorly managed and staffed sales environment. It's only a matter of time until the poor reputation really reaches the masses and all business is lost. I certainly will not be returning to this dealer and will most definitely not recommend it to my peers. More
I brought my car in 4 recalls and a coolant leak. I was very pleased to hear that the fluid leak was a minor issue and would not cost a lot to fix. My car was ready about when I thought it was ready. My Backup Camera was not working. I made an appointment and they diagnosed that I needed a new rear camera which had to be ordered. They called me a couple of days later and I made an appointment to come and they diagnosed that I needed a new rear camera which had to be ordered. They called me a couple of days later and I made an appointment to come back and have it replaced which they did at no charge. The camera works fine now. They also did an update to my Vehicles Computer while I was there (no charge) as it was a required recall item. I also had an oil and filter change while I was in. ($40). Overall they were very friendly and took care of my problem. I would definitely go back. P.S. They have a very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and a large screen TV and many, comfortable couches! More

I took my 2012 optimal in for an oil change and decided to look in to switching to a lease. Naomi was the sales person that worked with us. She was very personable and very knowledgeable. I called a few days prior to schedule a rear wheel barring replacement an dropped off my car only to find out they didn't have any part in stock. Needless to say Sam stood by her promise and had a part there at 10 am the next day(impressive)and had my car fixed by the original date and time we had agreed on. In my book, I would have to say Samantha was quick professional and courteous. Thanks for the experience I'm very pleased. I do have a question regarding my front bearings that I had done at another garage not knowing they were warrantied and wether I am able to be reimbursed for the labor and parts. I came Sat., December 28, 2013 for my first service. It all went well except that the mechanic who could look into a tire pressure light that was lit on the dashboard for no known reason was not in that da all went well except that the mechanic who could look into a tire pressure light that was lit on the dashboard for no known reason was not in that day. I therefore had to make a second appointment for the following Saturday, Jan.03, 2014. I was told the visit would take 1 and 1/2 hours. I agreed and believed an appointment was made. However, I called that Sat. morning knowing that in Albany, often people do not pay close attention to what they do, and therefore it would be wise to confirm the appointment. Sure enough, Rick Grugan neglected to make the appointment. However, the service manager squeezed me in after I yelled at her, even though it was Rick's negligence that caused the trouble. So, I come in and wait 2 hours. After 2 hours I am told that a part is needed and I will have to come in a 3rd time, a third Saturday during my time off after working hard all week, to complete the service visit. Hopefully, they will actually be able to schedule the appointment and press the right buttons on the computer to confirm it when the part arrives. It would then be at least 4 hours and three visits that I would have endured at KIA to complete a simple service call and to turn off the tire pressure light. More
I came here for service because it was closer than where I purchased my car, Fucillo Kia and was pleasantly surprised that the service I was getting was cheaper than at Fucillo.
