My appointment for my second service was a 8 am on a Saturday. Very, Very convenient! I could not ask for friendlier people. They listed to all my concerns and the service was quick and painless. The showroom has comfortable couches, a TV and free wi-fi. Brought my iPad with me and the time flew by. Free coffee too although I am not a coffee drinker. In and out fast and made the next appointment. I love this dealership from the moment I first talked to a salesman, great price for the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi, great product, great people and outstanding customer service. They always call me to remind me of my service appointment and contact me later to see if I am satisfied. I have never been contacted so many times by a dealership to make sure I am happy with them. We were actually Cristianne's very first sale at Destination Kia! Even so, they were NOT your typical "pushy" salespeople. Rather they treated us in a friendly and helpful manner from start to finish and even beyond the sale. In fact, they even made this normally stressful and un-pleasant experience fun and enjoyable for our kids. We couldn't have asked for a better all around dealership or staff to work with.
