I had a great experience with Rob as I transitioned out of my Kia Sorrento and into a new lease with the Optima. He was patient, enthusiastic and listened to exactly what I was looking for in my new car. H of my Kia Sorrento and into a new lease with the Optima. He even made himself accessible on his day off to contact him via cell phone with any questions that I may have in the process, which was very nice! I bought a new 2013 Kia Sportage and was very impressed with Rhett Butler and his personal assistance with my purchase. Today, I went into the dealership for a few things and Rhett took care of me right away and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Also, it is so easy to reach him through a text which I found very convenient and he always responded quickly. First impression of the dealership is that it is very clean and inviting. In the parts department I talked to Bob and he was very friendly and helpful. I'm happy to share my wonderful experience with this dealership and most importantly my Sales Consultant Rhett Butler. My salesman was great and I very happy with my Kia. The problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's sof problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's softball game at 6pm. I was not taken into finance until 5:40, so I sat there for over an hour waiting to take delivery of my car. Needless to say, wr were 45 minutes late to the softball game and I used an hour of my vacation time from work for absolutely nothing. And I have had to go back twice due to paperwork issues. Hopefully I was exception and not the rule so to say. More
