Scheduled a service appointment on the Web two weeks in advance for a Saturday and called the Monday before the appointment just to confirm that my electrical work could be done. Kenny did attempt to help me in whatever way he could, however it would have been helpful to have received a call in advance, so that I wasn't inconvenienced. The appt. was rescheduled to a weekday, and work was completed to my satisfaction. On that follow-up appt., I spoke with both Kenny and Pat, who again tried to assist in whatever way they could. I had an awesome experience at Destination Kia! As i was on my way in to work one day, i heard a loud grinding noise coming from the Passenger Side of my vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle to the service department of Destination Kia and spoke with Kenny Lau. Kenny was extremely nice and well spoken. I explained to him the issues i was having and he immediately had a service tech examine the vehicle. Within twenty minutes, Kenny had a complete breakdown of what was wrong with the vehicle and how long it would take to repair. He even offered a shuttle service to take me to work and to pick me up once the vehicle was fixed! I will recommend Kenny & Destination Kia to everyone! More

He has a great attitude and was very helpful. He made sure that everything that needed to be done, like installing a car starter, was done before picking up the vehicle so I didn't have to make another trip for this service. The door greeter even remembered me on the day I picked up the vehicle even though I had only seen her once a few days prior. That kind of customer service goes a long way. More
