Nick was very helpful, polite and excellent at customer service!! The next time i am in the market for a car or i know someone who is, i will recommend Destination Kia and Nick!! I currently own '07 Kia Optima and was window shopping for a '13 model. Lot of nice changes!!!! Jason Sanabria introduced himself, asked what I might be looking for and set me up for a ride in a shopping for a '13 model. Lot of nice changes!!!! Jason Sanabria introduced himself, asked what I might be looking for and set me up for a ride in a new Optima. Got back from my ride and Jason explained everything and my best options. Conversation was very informal and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I went with a lease and ended up keeping my current car. The showroom was very clean and offering of water and/or popcorn was very nice. I've never dealt with Destination Kia before but know where I'll be going for my next car. Thanks Jason More

Our experience started with Advantage Suzuki. We had an awesome experience when purchasing our 2013 Suzuki Kizashi. Dwayne was our sales person and never once did we feel pressured or obligated. We decided to continue to service our car with dealer even though we live about 35 miles from them. Our first oil change was great. Our most recent experience was great as well with the exception of the poor quality car wash we received. The dirt was basically smeared around my car so my husband had to wash it when he came home. We will continue to utilize the dealer for service/oil changes however; we will not get car washes there. More
