I showed up without an appointment to see if someone would check my tire pressure as my tire pressure light had come on. I know that is something that I could do myself but to tell the truth, I just di would check my tire pressure as my tire pressure light had come on. I was in the area so I thought that I would stop in to Advantage, as that is where I bought my car and I get all of my service there, to see if someone would do it for me. I went in and asked and was told no problem they would check it for me and add air if needed. A tech was right there and he said he would check it. We both agreed that it was probably the change in temperature that had caused the air to go down in my tires. He was quickly back to tell me that there was 31 PSI in three of my tires down from 33 that was probably due to the weather change but the fourth tire had 24 PSI so he thought he should check further and he found a nail in that tire. He said that it was fixable and he could do it immediately if I wanted. I said yes! It didn't take long and the tire was fixed, the proper amount of air was in all of my tires and they even washed my car! The bill was only $16.20. I was very happy!! More
When I picked up the car the gas tank was empty. I already did alot of research, and got price quotes from two other dealers prior to going to Advantage. I had arrived at the dealership unannounced, and was immediately greeted by Alfio as i got out of my two other dealers prior to going to Advantage. I had arrived at the dealership unannounced, and was immediately greeted by Alfio as i got out of my car. I told him that i wanted to test drive a 2012 SX4 Crossover premium. He had to go find a license plate for it, handed me the keys, and told me to feel free to drive around the parking lot until he could find it. I was able to get a good enough feel from that test drive, that i told him if the price is right id buy it. We went in, and i showed them the quotes i had, and the car i had for trade. Chris was able to offer me a fair price on it, and was able to beat the quotes. Through the rest of the process, i dealt with Alfio, and he was very friendly, and made the process as painless and hassle free as possible. The next day i picked up my new car. No surprises, no unwanted "upselling", just a good solid deal. Overall a great new car buying experience. More
First off, Brian sold me a white truck, I never thought I would buy a white truck, have always owned black trucks my whole life and was set on getting another one. I had initially gone into the Suzuki/Dodge dealership a few weeks ago to find a used Dodge Ram, at the time there were none available that met my needs. Brian took my contact information and preferences for vehicle and kept an eye out for vehicles that matched my description. After a couple of trucks that didn't exactly fit, he called me about the truck I finally ended up buying. It had every single requirement in what I was looking for (except color) and on top of it all, Brian worked with me to get the price on the truck to exactly where it needed to be for my price range. All things considered, I am very happy with the purchase negotiations, the professionalism of the staff and after driving the truck for almost a week now, I love my "white" Dodge Ram. Thanks, Brian! The guys gave me a more than fair price on my trade-in and treated not only myself, but more importantly, my fiancee with respect as he was the person that went in and made the deal for me while I was at work. I felt that everyone, especially Jason, was so kind when I came at the end of my work day to pick up my new car. I cannot thank them enough for such a great experience, definitely the most comfortable car buying experience ever for myself; and as a woman, I speak from the experience of being treated like I know nothing in the past and that I cannot possibly want anything more than a "cute" car. While, my SX4 Crossover is cute, it also has all of the safety features that I want and need; and I am so happy to have AWD again! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience! More
