My salesman was great and I very happy with my Kia. The problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's sof problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's softball game at 6pm. I was not taken into finance until 5:40, so I sat there for over an hour waiting to take delivery of my car. Needless to say, wr were 45 minutes late to the softball game and I used an hour of my vacation time from work for absolutely nothing. And I have had to go back twice due to paperwork issues. Hopefully I was exception and not the rule so to say. More

Destination Kia is the former Advantage Suzuki - what an awesome experience ! Clean, bright showroom, everyone was friendly, the purchase and delivery process was flawless.
