I was clear with very few requests- I didn't haggle on price but wanted a 2 yr extended warranty beyond the manufacturers. After getting there and signing paperwork I was told some aspect cost them more-n price but wanted a 2 yr extended warranty beyond the manufacturers. After getting there and signing paperwork I was told some aspect cost them more-not my fault-so I would not be getting the warranty. I said I despised chase auto b/c they wrongfully charged me out of state sales tax for over 6 months & that was the same company I was financed through-at credit card level interest rates too. I left feeling deceived and w/only 3/4's of a tank of gas. I brought my trade in on a full tank. I just feel like it was bad business (at best) to tell a customer you will give them something then make excuses on why you're not providing it. If the product is solid you stand behind then you should just give the warranty you agreed to initially. More

The dealer I dealt with, Jason, was awesome. He was very helpful and tried to get me everything I needed. He was very friendly and worked hard to get me what I needed. He took the time to find me the right helpful and tried to get me everything I needed. He was very friendly and worked hard to get me what I needed. I don't remember the names of the other people who helped me such as the manager and the finance manager, but they also were very friendly and didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. I love my car, I think I paid a reasonable price for it, and I would definitely use this dealership again. More

My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon just to look once more at the car I was sure I wanted to buy (the SX4)- not planning on buying that day. Brian met us shortly after we arrived and within a look once more at the car I was sure I wanted to buy (the SX4)- not planning on buying that day. Brian met us shortly after we arrived and within a very short time, we were signing the paperwork. Not because he was pushy - quite the opposite. Brian was down-to-earth and friendly. He calmly led us through the lot looking for the right color car with the options I wanted and then helped us through the rest of the process. The rest of the Advantage Suzuki team helped us secure financing and the rest of the necessary paperwork and I drove away in my new car Monday afternoon! More
