What a great experience at Advantage Suzuki in Albany! First off, at my initial visit I was greeted AT THE DOOR by Alfie, who had a welcoming smile on his face. (I went to another dealer after this and was not greeted this way.) Alfie then asked how he could help us and we told him what we were looking for. He immediately got us brochures and started discussing the features of the cars that would fit our needs. He was very thorough. He was also more than happy to let us take a test-drive right away and rode along, explaining the different features while we were IN the car! From there it only took me a day to decided I loved the car (and Alfie!) and wanted to buy it. When I returned with my trade-in vehicle, Alfie again greeted me at the door and addressed me BY NAME! (I'd only met and spoken to him once.) He worked with me to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and an unbelievably fair price for my new Suzuki SX4 Crossover. This was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership I've ever had, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More

Never once feeling pressured to make a purchase that day, although the offer made for our 2005 Toyota Camry and the great price on the 2011 Kizashi SE, was a strong point for our return for their business. Chris P. did everything he could to make the sale go easy for us, we live quite a ways from the dealership and he definately went out of his way. There were a few flaws with the car, and Advantage has addressed everything thus far, still have to go back for our three month service, hope that future visits are as pleasant as all the previous ones. Joe B. financial sales manager took special attention to the driving behaviour of the Kizashi, he took a ride with me and was overy concerned with our satisfaction with a product he really beleives in. That means alot in todays market, your not just buying a cookie cutter product at Suzuki. Give Advantage a try, they are giving Kooky low prices. More

This is the second Kizashi that I have purchased from Advantage. My first Kizashi was a 2010 GLS w. AWD & CVS, I traded it in with just over 57,000 miles. I must say it is an awesome car and the only reason I traded it in was to upgrade to the 2012 SLS model. I was able to take advantage of $1,500 in cash back incentives and the great financing rate that my salesman, Dave 'Pinky' P. and his salesmanager, Joe Barakat found me. Both of these guys were great to work with. I got an excellent trade-in value for my 2010 and the price on my new 2012 SLS was very competitve. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Suzuki. I have owned a BMW, Subaru Legacy, SAAB's and I cannot understand how the Kizashi is not more popular. It is a fantastic car with the AWD and the safety & performance features blow-away cars costing thousands of dollars more! More

I was referred to Suzuki by a coworker/friend. My five year old daughter and I have been looking and waiting for good/safe car for a long time. This was my first time ever to buy a car and have been driving a banged up 2001 Buick Century that caused me much grief. Upon entrance to the store, Alfio was kind, non discriminating and very knowledable. He expalined everything from head to toe. He advocated on our behalf to help us recievie the finacning we needed. It was a huge suprise and relief to be approved. I know that the suzuki x4 crossover is a safe, efficent and fun car to have. Now I know that I will not have to spend a fortune on reparis, or call tripple aaa once week to tow us out of a ditch. Thank you Alfio and Joe for the finacing, we could not be happier. The Advantage Suzuki crew were extremely helpful when I had to get my head gasket replaced on the used Forenza I'd bought from them a few months ago. What we found, much to our surprise and delight, was a supportive, informed, friendly without the overbearing crap you receive in most places, highly trained/educated sales and finance department with excellent employees, whom I might add, exhibited a great degree of integrity and willingness to work with us. I have to say, I was, and will continue to be, impressed with the level of professionalism as well as the ability to make things happen. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle such as the Suzuki Kizashi, as we did, this is the only place that you'd not only want to go looking, but need to go looking. I have to say, we are starting 2012 on a great foot, with good cheer, based on our treatment and satisfaction with the vehicles we've purchased. Thank you Advantage Suzuki!!!
