Contacted Alex Batko via DealerRater and he reached out via email almost immediately. Discussed what i had in mind and while the initial car i inquired about had been sold, he gave me the heads up on the via email almost immediately. Sat down with him a day or two after initial contact to crunch numbers and secure something in transit, and less than two weeks later i drove off the lot with it. Adam in Finance was great as well as he secured both a favorable loan term and interest rate for me. Overall would definitely recommend dealing with them there as the process went smooth and quickly. Had new AC compressor installed among other work which totaled over $4000 the belt on the AC compressor was never changed the pulleys were left dirty two weeks later the old belt shredded and we had to br totaled over $4000 the belt on the AC compressor was never changed the pulleys were left dirty two weeks later the old belt shredded and we had to bring our car to another shop to have it repaired I messaged Marshall as well as called the next day to discuss and spoke to a woman who told me Marshall was not working in that department that day that she would have somebody call me back immediately I never received a call back I never received a message. I am very disappointed that there was no follow up whatsoever to my complaint More
