My brand new car broke down I waited 3 hrs for you tow truck that never came I had to get one from my insurance. Then my car sat there for over 72hours before anyone even looked at in meawhille with a cur truck that never came I had to get one from my insurance. I was told that I would get a loner Car after my car was driven and diagnosed. Got a call on Verteran's day and the message said, you need a new transmission but no Loner cars available. I had to pay someone to take me to Albany. More

I have always had good experiences in the past, but my most recent visit was a disaster. My car sat in the lot for close to two weeks, waiting for a part to arrive.
